You can print the document (File, Print) to complete & drop off or fax.

You can save the document to your computer (File, Save As)
This will allow you to work on the Word or Excel document from your computer (Adobe is read only) and send completed forms by email as an attachment.

When saving the document if you get a dialog box that says "connect to www.manchesterassembly.org"  Just hit cancel.  It will then bring up your save as box.
